Job Description

  • Accountable for sourcing activities within an innovative BPO requirement which is high value, complex in nature, and operates globally with main and supporting BPO partners
  • Conducts commercial reviews of complex procurement requisitions, Statements of Work and manages Contract Changes
  • Sources strategic services and lead the preparation of and solicit competitive bids, quotations and proposals with pertinent specifications, terms and conditions. Leads development of evaluation approach and assessments
  • Develops contracts and leads negotiation on agreements for the supply of additive and distinct complex services with new and existing suppliers
  • Maintains supplier relationships and resolves complex supplier issues including escalated cases
  • Accountable for ongoing governance and management of contracts with strategic partners.
  • Advises on development of sourcing approaches for new business requirements
  • Maintains a benefit delivery, cost avoidance, and value realisation program

The Successful Applicant


  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Relevant work experience, including experience within Procurement
  • Proven Shared Service / BPO industry experience
  • Ability to use a range of influencing techniques
  • Proved ability to manage multiple projects/tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated success working in a global team environment
  • Strong analytical and financial skills


  • Professional Procurement qualification
  • Proven experience of change management
