About Our Client
Our client are a major player within the hospitality field and are going through a period of change. They are privately owned and offer a fantastic career opportunity within a broad, autonomous role within the hospitality sector.
Working closely with the executive team, you will be responsible for leading the development of the food and beverage offer for our client to optimise sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Accountability for the creation and implementation all the company wide food & beverage strategy
- Leading the kitchen design programme to enable sales growth and food safety across all sites
- Develop and execute marketing strategy
- Responsibility for food and beverage procurement to achieve an optimal balance of food cost, quality and operational ease
- Develop, trial and roll out investment options for core estate to deliver sustainability and high return on associated capex spend
- Responsibility for stock/wastage
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in the role, you will display a proven track record within the hospitality industry with experience across a number of functions, focussing on commercial. You should have experience of owning and executing concept development with a good understanding of operational constraints and challenges. You should have a highly engaging personality with excellent communication skills in order to effectively lead a large team and get sign off/buy in from the board.
We are looking for someone who is up-to-date with the latest trends within food and beverage with a customer focussed approach. Additionally, you be highly results focussed with the ability to effectively work under pressure.
