A global player in training and development, our business services client works with multinational corporations to develop training programs. With an HQ in Central London they have operations across the world.

Job Description

The Commercial Legal Counsel is a wide ranging position which gives the opportunity for the lawyer to really drive their own future and shape their own role within the business. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be an intrinsic member of the team UK and Global. You will be responsible for contract draft, review and negotiation and work directly with the commercial team - providing them with advise and contract support where necessary.

Typical responsibilities will include:

- managing external counsel

- exploring IP issues

- supporting Senior Management Team with commercial legal advise

You will require:

  • C 2 years PQE* with training at a Law Firm or In House
  • Contract law experience that includes excellent drafting, reviewing & negotiation skills
  • Some exposure to IP, Data Protection and Compliance would be an advantage





* PQE is a guideline. No level of experience will be precluded.
