The successful Commercial Manager will take charge of all risk and opportunity management across the contracts in Liverpool and the Midlands as well as looking after cost control measures and supply chain management.
You will be involved at an early stage and will be liaising with the design and construction team to maximise potential and minimise risk to the Facilities Management side of the business.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Commercial Manager will be from a QS background and have knowledge of PFI contracts, preferably with knowledge of the health sector. You will be a strong minded character and able to present in front of senior members of staff and be able to show evidence of this.
What's on Offer
A package of £50000-£70000 plus benefits and car allowance depending on experience.
