About Our Client

Our client is a fragrance brand. Although only a small organisation currently it has the backing of a $1bn+ parent organisation.

Job Description

You will be accountable for the European sales strategy for the organisation. You will have the following key responsibilities.

  • European Sales Development
  • Management of accounts across Europe
  • Development of a sales team
  • Introduce structured sales processes

The Successful Applicant

You will be a sales Director with experience operating across a range of European markets. Ideally you will have experience across cosmetics / fragrance or an adjacent category.

  • You will have experience of working with key retailers within the space and a track record of success.
  • You will have the personality and leadership ability to set up and run a team.
  • High energy and a can do attitude
  • Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to drive business development
