About Our Client

Our client is a leading FMCG Food manufacturer, playing a huge role in the vast array of own label food products that appear on major supermarket's shelves within Ambient, Chilled and Frozen.

Job Description

Your role as Comms & Training Coordinator will involve utilising comms plans and other marketing materials to raise awareness, build understanding, increase involvement and create anticipation for new business initiatives/projects.

You will:

  • Devise and implement comms plans/materials
  • Issue comms messages (including cutover, supplier and customer comms) toolkits, project banded
  • Utitlise a variety of comms channels, toolkits and campaign material to implement timely interventions
  • Hold regular focus groups
  • Be a close liaison with project comms teams
  • Cascade relevant information to managers throughout the business
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Support site readiness up to deployment activities

The Successful Applicant

The successful Comms & Training Coordinator will have a minimum of 2 years in an operational deployment and communications role. You will have worked in a consumer, B2C environment with excellent influencing skills.

On offer is a very strong package of £28,000 + a fully expensed company car (BMW 1 Series or similar)
