About Our Client

Key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Deliver brilliant customer service, both internally and externally
  • Ensure that the campaigns are engaging, memorable and help build the brand
  • Develop a Communications Plan and lead a variety of employee events which engage, entertain, motivate and inspire
  • Play an influential role as a leader, supporting the Strategic Management Team and Board with expert advice and practical support
  • Create an authentic and compelling voice for the organisation that speaks to audiences in ways that inspire and motivate
  • Ensure that communications are geared towards the intended audience, showing a clear understanding of the customer segments and align the message to those audiences
  • Keep customers, employees and key stakeholders engaged
  • Communicate performance results in a compelling way that motivates staff to improve and sustain high levels of performance and externally builds confidence from our funders and other key stakeholders
  • Lead your team's performance through regular one-to-ones, coaching and appraisals
  • To ensure that every aspect of our communications is accessible and appropriate for the diverse communities we serve

Job Description

To ensure that your application is successful you must have experience within a similar role with managerial duties as you will have five direct reports working for you Other attributes that will prove beneficial will include experience of working in a culture change organisation, where strong brand is essential and experience of developing successful communication strategies, tools and materials.

For the right person this is a fantastic opportunity with the potential for the contract to be extended past the initial three months. You'll create strong relationships across and inspire your team and colleagues to deliver brilliant services.
