Job Description

The candidate will be assisting the Secretariat Function in discharging the legal, regulatory and corporate governance requirements in a broad ranging role.

As part of a small team, the candidate will get key exposure to a range of stakeholders, legal, compliance and business strategy.

As Company Secretarial Manager, you will manage a team of Company Secretarial Assistants and Company Secretarial Administrators, including coaching, training and team leading.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Company Secretarial Manager candidate will have the ability to:

- Build rapport and internal relationships with business clients and developing networks

- Have an ability to adapt and apply Company Secretariat skills to support wider business and commercial issues

- Be proactive, able to use initiative, flexible to work with others and able to cope under stress


- Experience of a corporate environment, preferably within the financial services

- ICSA Chartered Secretary Qualified Scheme status desirable
