My Client is based in Worcester

Job Description





The job holder will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Group's company secretarial records, including the Blueprint electronic database, and for submitting filings and returns in line with the requirements of the Companies Act and other legislation and regulation. They will support the planning and preparation of annual and special meetings and prepare agendas, reports and resolutions. The job holder will also provide accurate and timely information and advice to ensure an effective and efficient company secretarial service.

The Successful Applicant



You will have experience in a similar position and the ability to adapt easily to change, you will utilise your strong prioritisation and organisational skills to manage high work volumes with demanding deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. A management or relevant professional qualification is desirable.
