About Our Client

My client is a fantastic Education provider in the public sector with a heavy investment in their employee engagement and well being.

Job Description

The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for taking ownership of all Compensation and Benefits related subject matters throughout the year and implementing new Reward frameworks to drive engagement and improve total Reward communications.

You will be responsible for reviewing current job evaluation and salary bench marking activities and will be tasked with coming up with credible solutions to remain competitive in local and some international markets.

As my client is in the education sector they have a number of pensions schemes including a teachers pension scheme plus other legacy schemes that require careful management and compliance.

The Compensation & Benefits Manager will conduct a full benefits review and will look at cost effective and creative ways of further improvements that can be made to raise engagement and uptake of employee benefits.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a strong Compensation & Benefits background with exposure to a broad range of Reward tasks including pensions and job evaluations.

My client is willing to provide training and development for candidates who may either be more Compensation or Benefits focus with a desire to broaden their skill set.
