Job Description

  • Proactively identify areas of efficiency and effectiveness improvement and design, executive and realize initiatives with cross-functional teams, via documentation of process and creation of training guides for Systems
  • Delivery of training packs and delivery of training to internal and external users for relevant departments
  • Define, realize and maintain quality and performance standards via Service Level Agreements and policies & procedures
  • Source best practice software to standardise and deliver VFS process documentation
  • Development of functional dashboard reporting to support monitoring activity
  • Actively share best practice amongst the network of colleagues
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to different levels within the organization.
  • Involvement on systems upgrades from the design phase, coordination of the testing of all the system upgrades

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge and understanding of quality management as well as financial / controlling metrics
  • Minimum three years of experience working in an quality management / operational controlling / reporting function preferably from a process driven industry
  • Previous experience working in an international environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Other European languages are advantageous
  • PC literate / advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint


  • Is target-driven, self-motivated and tenacious in achieving the set objectives
  • Able to work largely independent and pro-active
  • Strong problem solving skill: identifying, structuring and tackling a problem situation
  • Focus on structuring, monitoring and delivering results
  • Good knowledge / understanding of a service related business's processes and execution models is desirable
  • Experience of delivery structure training material/plans
  • Demonstrates managerial effectiveness (doing the right things) and efficiency (doing things right)
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Is strong in interfacing with other functions
  • Worked within a multi-national environment
  • Strong analytical skillset
  • High standard of professionalism and operate with integrity
