About Our Client

Develop, manage and maintain relationships with all Asset Management key critical contractors including specialist and general sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and all other third parties.
Direct line management of the Contract Manager.
Schedule, organise and document regular contractor meetings sharing areas of risk/concerns, good practice and highlighting any trends. Following-up actions where applicable.
Work closely with the Property Services Managers in implementing the energy efficiency strategy for the Association, including the strategy of energy switching, facilitating easements, advising on and obtaining grant funding, etc.
Work closely with the Performance and Compliance & Investment teams to ensure all the association's properties remain safe, secure, comply with all legislative requirements and works are completed on time and to budget
Work closely with the Procurement team, ensuring all critical works are covered with an appropriate value for money contract.
The Successful Applicant
An understanding of planned maintenance and stock data collection.
Track record in contract management.
Previous experience of managing contractors and/or working in an asset management environment.
