Compliance Contracts Manager

About Our Client

Develop, manage and maintain relationships with all Asset Management key critical contractors including specialist and general sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers and all other third parties in line with company policies and procedures.
Manage the M&E Surveyors.
Schedule, organise and document regular contractor meetings sharing areas of risk/concerns, good practice and highlighting any trends. Following-up actions where applicable.
Work closely with the Performance and Compliance & Investment teams to ensure all the association's properties remain safe, secure, comply with all legislative requirements and works are completed on time and to budget
Work closely with the Procurement team, ensuring all critical works are covered with an appropriate value for money contract.
Working with the contractors, Technical Services Manager and National Property Services Manager, assist in developing the Stock Investment programme and/or any other development opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
A good understanding of managing contracts and contractors.
Statutory compliance knowledge.
An understanding of planned maintenance and stock data collection.
