Job Description

the compliance specialist will be expected to:

* Supervise compliance standards based on internal policies and guidelines/procedures (i.e. CoC, BPO, Anti-bribery, and SP3. Align local standards with global minimum standards and ensure that in all cases the most stringent is applied.
* EMaintain processes and SOPs for relevant policies.
* Maintain Xpend reporting
* |Support / prepare an annual local training plan for / materials for COC, BPO, AB, SP3 - and ensure on boarding and annual refreshers on compliance standards are conducted.
* Regularly monitor the completion of e-training courses (95%) and e-certificate of CoC (100%) and take appropriate action to ensure the agreed completion targets are met. Ensure system for documenting and evidencing training completion is followed.
* Champion speak up, transparency and integrity throughout the organization.
* Continually provide advice and guidance to business on compliance topics and challenges (including the required approval processes)
* Actively participate in Country SP3 Meetings (CCH) and share best practices
* Prepare Risk assessment - inform Legal and Compliance Officer, country leadership and CCH on identified compliance risks. Align compliance risk mitigation plan with Legal and Compliance Officer, management and CCH.
* Conduct an annual self assessment to monitor the status of the compliance program, within the respective division at local level. Review with Legal and Compliance Officer and provide feedback on Sp3 topics
* Participate in Quarterly updates for country leadership
* Support Due Diligence (DD) coordinator role for HCPs, HCOs.
* Ensure allegations of misconduct are reported to BPO, in a timely manner
* Any other compliance related activity as required by the line manager or Head of Finance.
