While your manager and the firm are always available for assistance, a key aspect of your performance is the ability to identify innovative solutions. You will typically report to a Senior Manager.

On a day-to-day basis the Consultant - Financial Services will be responsible for:

*- Taking ownership of specific project deliverables and completing them with minimal supervision. This may include creating and maintaining high quality documentation.

- Engaging with your opposite number(s) on the client side to progress project tasks. You should work towards being able to do this without supervision.

*- Maintaining detailed work plans and reporting on progress, risks and issues and periodically reviewing them for potential issues which you should highlight to your manager.

*- Identifying potential solutions to issues and suggesting them to your manager. You should work towards resolving issues yourself, with guidance from your manager.

*- Assisting your manager in delivering project goals on time by identifying and completing all assigned tasks well on time and to an exceptional standard.

When required, act as a stand-in for your Manager, internally and externally. While you will not be expected to take key decisions on your own, you should represent the firm appropriately.
