About Our Client

a prestigious Professional Services organisation based in Bristol.

Job Description

* Work with the Content and Brand Manager to create engaging content for all offline and digital channels, owning standard information

* With the Content and Brand Manager, own the website and other digital communications, making necessary amends

* Work with the Content and Brand Manager to develop the social media strategy, keeping an overarching view of all social media activity and working with account owners

* Support the Content and Brand Manager in contributing to thought leadership campaigns

* Work with the Content and Brand Manager to support the QA process for managing content, ensuring all content is aligned to brand and across platforms

* Manage any technology tools the firm has to hold content.

* Work closely with the Content and Brand Manager to field brand-related queries from both internal and external stakeholders.

* Work with the Content and Brand Manager to measure the effectiveness of all content, including SEO performance and development, providing digital communications analytics

* Work with the Corporate Communications Manager and external media agency on managing press coverage and cuttings

* Engage with a range of day-to-day press office management duties, helping to ensure fast and effective lines of communication with key stakeholders across the business. Act as the first port-of-call for media inquiries in the absence of the Corporate Communications Manager.

* Work with both the Corporate Communications Manager and Internal Communications Manager to produce and proof press releases and intranet news stories.

* Work with the Corporate Internal Communications Manager in sourcing, researching, writing and editing stories for the firm's internal communications channels.

* Assist the Corporate Internal Communications Manager in ensuring that the firm's intranet news is up to date and relevant at all times.

The Successful Applicant

* Have experience of using technology to improve processes, and an enthusiasm to keep on top of technical developments, introducing these to the business as appropriate

* Understand multi-channel marketing and have experience of delivering compelling content (including digitally), tailored for the channel and audience

* Have experience in managing multiple workloads and large projects

* Be experienced in working with and interpreting digital analytics tools

* Be degree educated or equivalent

* Have high levels of numeracy and analysis (also able to manipulate spreadsheets)

* Have strong writing skills and able to adapt style to different audiences and channels

* Have a thirst for technical knowledge and application of knowledge to generate ideas
