They have a Central London location and are looking to bring on board a contract manager to join their procurement function.

Job Description

Key Functions Include

- Management of suppliers, ensuring contractual commitments are honoured and service standards are being maintained.

- Management of contract-related issues by developing collaborative relationship with Facilities Managers and business units.

- Reporting on supplier performance.

- Escalation point for service issues.

- Working with suppliers to develop continuous improvement plans for each contract.



Key Tasks and Areas of Responsibility

- Supporting the Supplier Relationship Manager with managing supplier relationships.

- Providing visibility, decision support and controls required to understand and provide effective governance of key supplier contracts.

- Monitoring the contract schedule, buildings contract database.

- Operating an effective contract management framework, including compliance with appropriate policies, processes and procedures

- Overseeing the enforcement of defined policies, processes and procedures, to establish practice that encourages compliance by both business units and suppliers.

- Acting as the escalation point for service delivery and operational issues relating to the contract.

- Working effectively with Corporate Property's business units to identify and address both contract delivery requirements and issues.

- Working with suppliers to develop performance reports, identifying trends in performance and generating ideas for innovation in the way that the services are provided.
