About Our Client

Our client is a social enterprise and development trust. Their large single site contains an array of commercial, residential and retail buildings. They provide a complete TFM service to all their clients.

Job Description

As the Contact Performance Manager you will be responsible for all the commercial buildings on site. Within the portfolio you will be responsible to deliver a rage of soft and hard services, managing service delivery, contract performance and client relationships. As an overview the duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Managing a number of key contracts on site including; M&E, soft services, landscaping and security across the commercial portfolio. Managing 5 direct reports.
  • To ensure the TFM delivery is exceeding all KPI's and SLA's. To collate monthly reports to liaise back to the Head of Property and Facilities Management on this front.
  • Must have excellent customer relationship skills, for both internal teams and external tenants.
  • Be able to lead and manage small sized improvement projects for site improvements.
  • Have excellent budget experience to manage all service lines and project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in large commercial and residential site, managing contracts across TFM. Additionally, must have improved service delivery across a number of services lines.

Will be a process driven individual to ensure all contracts and budgets are adhered to, whilst having exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.

The successful candidate will be qualified in Health & Safety, holding either an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification. Furthermore, will have experience in or knowledge of ISO 14001.
