Job Description

  • Coordinates a corporate selling strategy with the UK Corporate Sales Manager
  • Grows existing corporate business and develops/closes new business opportunities
  • Leverages existing relationships in market country and with Field Sales and Global Sales teams
  • Manages tender process, to include negotiation and contract implementation
  • Utilises measurement and tracking tools to enable best focus on top accounts
  • Conducts quarterly corporate account reviews to ensure accounts are performing to agreed revenue/share goals
  • Acts as primary point of contact for the managed portfolio of accounts
  • Ensures key objectives are completely aligned with corporate/country strategy
  • Represents the organisation at industry events and functions out of office hours
  • Maintains UK Corporate Sales budget primarily from a TAC and/or Promotional perspective

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent knowledge/understanding of account management and development in the corporate arena
  • Strong sales/analysis and corporate account negotiation experience is essential
  • Strategic vision is essential
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Prior outside sales experience is required
  • Flexibility to conduct significant out of hours activities and overseas business travel
  • Must have a clean driving license, and a willingness to travel
  • Ability to work well in a small team
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

What's on Offer

Basic Salary up to £40,000 plus Bonus
