Job Description

The role of the Corporate Finance Executive will involve a number of different elements such as working on mergers & acquisitions, identifying possible targets for clients to acquire, research, forecasting and a keen ability to network and establish new relationships.

Preparation of adhoc analysis for specific commercial issues - evaluating complex business issues and decisions including economic and commercial analysis will also be involved.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Finance Executive will have a strong background in accounts preparation. Audit experience is preferable but not an absolute must. Above all the candidate must have a genuine desire to get into corporate finance.

My client is looking for qualified or part qualified practice accountants (ACA, ACCA, AAT).
