Job Description

  • you'll prepare information, memorandum/business plans
  • you'll prepare integrated financial models
  • you'll prepare pitch documents
  • you'll partake in client meetings
  • you'll undertake deal management (when acting in manager capacity)
  • you'll research and demonstrate commercial understanding
  • you'll build strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

You will assist with transactions and manage smaller transactions (more experienced candidates will be used to managing projects with less Partner input); interfacing with clients, internal management, external financiers and other professionals.

You'll have a genuine interest in client service and want to provide a distinctive service and unlock potential for growth in dynamic organisations.

Education, experience and qualifications:

  • you'll have a undergraduate Degree and 3 A' levels or equivalent
  • you'll have Corporate Finance, Lead Advisory experience preferably within a Lead Advisory boutique or top 20 Accountancy firm
