This organisation is a small international development charity that works in a range of developing countries, mainly focused in Africa.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • This person will manage the Corporate Fundraising function for the charity
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work together with internal teams to ensure that all communications with corporates are on brand
  • This role will be supported by 1 member of staff for 1 day a week
  • Be responsible for reaching income targets as set by senior management
  • This post will have ambitious growth targets over the next three years
  • Ensure that partnerships are maximised and partnerships are converted into multi-year/long term partnerships
  • Manage existing programme of corporates
  • Work particularly closely with the Major Gifts team to ensure that you are working together to cultivate prospects

The Successful Applicant

Person Specification:

  • Prior experience of working in Corporate Partnerships
  • Experience of events within a fundraising environment
  • Proven success of growing corporate partnership portfolios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Background knowledge of major donor fundraising
  • Passion for International Development
  • Ability to work flexibility and manage own workloads
  • Target orientated individual
  • Confidence when speaking with high net worth individuals and senior business leaders
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent relationship builder
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

What's on Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £33,000 and £35,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
