Job Description

As the Corporate Soft Services Manager you will be responsible for the management and up keep of the cleaning and soft service operations for the London sites. This demanding environment requires a first class service with the utmost attention to detail. The Soft Services Manager will be expected to effectively manage a large team over multiple sites in. The position will include;

  • Maintaining an above 5 star service.
  • Excellent managerial skills to train, motivate and educate staff on service and KPI expectations.
  • Regular communication with the client's stakeholders to provide reports including, P&L, service delivery and operational activities.
  • Building successful and professional relationships to liaise with this high profile client.

The Successful Applicant

The desired candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar high profile corporate environment. Additionally, will have previous involvement in exceeding KPI requirements offering an outstanding service.

The successful individual will have a drive and passion within the industry, will recognise areas needing improvement and implement strategies to rectify accordingly. The successful candidate will be presentable, professional and will take full ownership and responsibility of the contract.

What's on Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive market salary of £40,000-£50,000 and have the opportunity to work for a leading service provider on an International Financial Organisation contract.
