About Our Client

Our client sells an email automation software with a high quality of deliverability into CMOs and IT from companies across retail, advertising, finance and ecommerce. Now in their fifth year of business, they are looking for a Country Manager to oversee the London team.

Job Description

  • Develop plans to establish brand visibility, form strategic partnerships and be accountable for new self-service and enterprise customer acquisition in UK
  • Deliver on revenue quotas (Self-Service from Website/platform and Direct Sales into the field) and other growth targets;
  • Analyze customer data and trends to develop unique value propositions for self-service and enterprise clients in UK
  • Support any major contract negotiations with customers and partners;
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are aligned with the organization's strategy and growth goals;
  • Direct brand development and PR strategy in UK;
  • Oversee SEM agency in London

The Successful Applicant

  • Sales management experience
  • Proven success in sales at a previous organization
  • Experience in marketing communication strategy
  • P&L
  • Desire to build a business from the ground upwards
