About Our Client

The client is a creative Media Agency and has built some long standing relationships with adventurous brands who continue to grow. This is a growing team who now require a Creative Team Coordinator to manage both people and process effectively.

Job Description

Creative Team Coordinator;

  • Manage all creative requests
  • Prioritise and manage resource allocation
  • Identify pinch points
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of work through the team
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
  • Direct contact with clients to chase briefs or assets
  • Form strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to all work
  • Working closely with the Creative Director
  • Diary management, meeting scheduling and holiday requests
  • Tracking billing, generating and raising Po's and managing costs

The Successful Applicant

Creative Team Coordinator profile;

  • Attention to detail
  • Prioritise briefs and brands
  • Priorities across a number of brands and high value briefs
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Build lasting relationships with the Sales teams, Accounts, Finance, HR and many others across
  • Experience in a digital agency or similar beneficial not essential
  • Fun and sociable team player who is approachable, pro-active and very self-confident
