About Our Client
A national full service agency, well respected for each discipline they operate in.
With a range of accounts spanning blue-chip clients, to small family run businesses.
This area of the business is heavily focused on large amounts of data, with a unique, innovative CRM database.
They have a successful track record of developing new and repeat business for their accounts.
The CRM Account Manager will report into the Account Director, and manage 3 Account Executive's.
It will require regular client facing interaction, to take a brief, suggest methods on delivering the brief, and ultimately the delivery.
It's a commercially focused position, needing somebody who can maximise profits/returns for the client, but also for the agency.
The role will be multi channel and multi sector.
Developing, training and supporting the 3 Account Executives will play a large part of the position.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the role:
Strong experience working with large data
CRM experience - minimum 3 years
Ideally agency experience but not essential
Client services skills is vital, ideally with a proven record of this
A strong understand of multi channel marketing
Commercially astute and familiar with maximising profits
Passionate about growing and developing a team
