Looking for an experienced CRM Analyst for new business opportunity
About Our Client
Our client is a large Retail & Hospitality company based in the West Midlands with over 1700 locations across major well-known brands in the UK. They are looking for an Innovative CRM Manager to execute engaging loyalty campaigns.
The CRM Analyst will support all brands in the company portfolio, conducting analysis of multi-channel data in order to understand customers and identify marketing opportunities. They will have excellent understanding of data and technology systems and will play a pivotal role in the embedding of a new CRM system.
They will be able to manipulate and translate data using FastStats, into actionable insight in order to communicate key insight to support strategic decisions within the Customer Marketing team. The CRM Analyst will be a confident communicator and able to with key internal stakeholders, presenting them with key findings consulting on brand and portfolio needs in order to maximise Marketing campaigns.
The Successful Applicant
The successful CRM Analyst will have:
Experience in using FastStats
Excellent Data Manipulation skills
A Strategic & Analytical Mind-set
Demonstrable Numeracy skills
Brilliant Communication skills
Experience in managing multiple projects
