About Our Client

I am Representing a public sector organisation based in West London. The organisation has been through many changes. The most significant change is to transform the business model from a traditional organisation into a digital-focussed, commercially aware service delivery organisation.

Technology is key to enabling the transformation, and being involved in the delivery of new, integrated technologies will be the main focus of the CRM Analyst.

Job Description

  • To drive the identification, analysis, development and delivery of high quality CRM user-related requirements, resulting in relevant CRM implementations, maximised customer experience internally and externally, increased data sharing and greater business performance

  • To provide technical MS Dynamics CRM user and complex data support via multiple channels to ensure colleagues have relevant knowledge and access to business critical data either using direct access to system or through developed interrogation tools

  • To lead on the maintenance of multiple CRM data feeds (inbound and outbound) including complex development, investigations, analysis and issue resolution

  • To deliver CRM expertise to support the design of services, activities, projects, processes and change initiatives, to drive greater synergy, time, cost and quality outputs

  • To effectively manage relationships with stakeholders and across the governance framework.

To develop and manage CRM governance, policies and processes to establish greater consistency, improved processes and enhanced synergy across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

Significant experience of working in an analyst or similar role focused on CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* Significant experience of working in an analyst or similar role focused on CRM system delivery and/or analysis

* Advanced analytical and data-centric problem solving skills

* Proven experience of working with complex data and process environments within a business context

* Proven experience of database and/or process interrogation tools

* Experience of developing and monitoring user-focused policies and control processes

* Ability to identify, understand and effectively communicate change opportunities including impacts and risks


* Significant experience in multi-tasking and prioritising short/long term activities

* Customer service experience including ability to manage key internal and external relationships

* Understanding of the project lifecycle and continuous improvement techniques with the ability to work in formal governance environments

* Significant experience in MS Office application suite

* Experience in business process design within complex organisational structures

* Advanced written communication and presentation skills

* Ability to work individually or as part of a team


* Experience in or working knowledge of SQL

* Proven experience of continuous improvement techniques and methodologies, such as Sig Sigma or Lean

* Six sigma/LEAN/Business Improvement Techniques certificate or training

* Working knowledge of MS Visio

Knowledge of the legal market and membership organisations
