Job Description

The CRM Analyst reports into the CRM Manager and will be responsible for all reporting through the CRM system, FastStats. Your role will be to manage data, to analyse data in order to provide useful insight and to draw up reports for senior managers within the organisation.

This role will be able to create a huge impact in terms of what the business does from a data perspective and you will be able to track your work down to tangible revenue for the company.

This will be a multi-faceted role in which you will also be responsible for managing the business' data agency.

The role will be based near New Malden, Surrey.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal CRM Analyst for this role MUST have FastStats experience. You will be the data expert for the business and have a real passion for data and numbers, as well as the ability to recommend useful insight drawn from your analyses.

You will be confident dealing with senior stakeholders and you will want to work with a great brand, where you can start and develop a career.

What's on Offer

A salary of between £30,000-45,000 DOE + bonus and excellent benefits travel including travel discounts through a lot of the business' partners.
