About Our Client

A top performer in the Higher Education sector are now looking for a CRM Communications & Data Officer.

Job Description

  1. Build an excellent understanding of student prospect and applicant data and its structure within the CRM system.
  2. Create email campaign designs in CRM and other email campaign platforms, such as Campaign Monitor.
  3. Send high quality email communications via the CRM and other email platforms to different target groups by managing and utilising data on the CRM and from our Admissions team.
  4. Manage the day to day operating of customer facing pages on the CRM and automated event booking emails.
  5. Import data gathered via open days, events, online forms etc. into our CRM to create new leads and update communications history of existing customers.
  6. Liaise with CRM providers to ensure any bugs or issues are quickly resolved, and oversee new functionality.
  7. Ensure the data imported into the CRM is accurate and remove duplicate records.
  8. Identify and archive records and email campaigns that are no longer appropriate to target, due to their age, quality, relevance or other factors.
  9. Liaise with ITS and Admissions to ensure upgrades and the data feed into the CRM meet the needs of Marketing department.

To support in utilising the CRM system to its full capabilities, as well as play a leading role in the integration of a new CRM system over the next 12 months.

  1. Respond to requests from Marketing for sets of data and reports.
  2. Set up events on the CRM system, monitor bookings and download registration reports.
  3. Working evenings and weekends on occasion as required for events.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms.
  2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  1. Numerate and analytical.
  2. Advanced Excel and general IT capability.
  3. A sound knowledge of HTML would be desirable.

What's on Offer

Salary is currently within Grade 4 (£24,298 to £28,143).
