About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in the leisure industry. Our client likes to focus on innovation and growth of their business. They have an excellent reputation and are now looking for a CRM Manager to join their team. They have been operating in the marketing for five years.

Job Description

This Hertfordshire based CRM Manager role will have a hands on approach to all aspects of CRM including implementing the strategy on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • To develop and implement a customer focused CRM strategy in line with overall commercial and marketing objectives
  • Implement the strategy with the internal team and external parties using a combination of automated and manual processes, to deliver effective campaigns and a quarterly communications calendar
  • Responsible for identifying and understanding our core customer segments, their needs, and lifetime value. Whilst identifying opportunities to enhance their customer journey and deliver excellent customer service through our contact strategy
  • Introduce specific reactivation, cross sell and retention tactics within the customer contact strategy to drive repeat visits and higher spend per visit
  • Using digital best practise deliver relevant, targeted and creative email campaigns to improve customer engagement levels and drive ROI for the business
  • Provide proactive recommendations for automated and event triggered communications, gaining senior management buy in before delivering implementation
  • Manage all aspects of the customer database, including data cleansing, management, analysis and reporting
  • Drive growth of the contactable database via a clear and defined data capture strategy across all channels, which will include engagement with centres
  • Drive through and manage any projects or changes to the system / processes, that are required to deliver the set objectives. Delivering to deadline, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, namely IT and the system supplier
  • Work closely with the brand manager to ensure all communications are aligned to the brand guidelines and values
  • Manage all relevant agencies and suppliers, ensuring costs are competitive and that their work adds value
  • Manage the annual CRM budget and deliver added value to the business.
  • Promote innovation and suggest improvements to processes and experience for both Customers and team members

The Successful Applicant

The ideal CRM Manager will ideally have come from a consumer related background with experience of driving strategy. The ideal candidate has data management and analytic experience. As a market leader in the leisure industry occasional travel may be required.

What's on Offer

The CRM Manager can expect a basic salary between £42,000-£50,000.
