About Our Client

Our client is a large Retail & Hospitality company based in the West Midlands with over 1700 locations across major well-known brands in the UK. They are looking for an Innovative CRM Manager to execute engaging loyalty campaigns.

Job Description

The CRM Manager will be responsible for all aspects of data management, working with the CRM & Loyalty manager to develop the Loyalty Strategy and lead the execution of data driven Loyalty Campaigns. They will use key insight and data in order to segment the market in order to create engaging, targeted and measurable Loyalty campaigns.

They will work across multiple brands with internal stakeholders identifying areas and advise ways that can leverage customer understanding and engagement through cross-brand initiatives.

The CRM Manager will also be responsible for measuring the success of campaigns and will carry out cost benefit analysis to ensure the most cost efficient measures are being executed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful CRM Manager will have:

Experience in Multi-Channel campaign management

Strong understanding of Segmentation targeting & analytics

Commercial Understanding

Track record in using insight & data

Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships

Confident in presenting solutions to internal stakeholders
