Job Description

The FCAM is an integral member of the UK Customer Retention team, assisting the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) agenda and contributing to all discussions and decisions. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the required results for the Local Direct base, creating a high performing team culture while being flexible and open to new ways of working with the team, keeping Customer Centricity at the forefront.

Conducting the required amount of account reviews for the customer base and act on any risks or opportunities in a prompt manner. Using the Behaviours to win the FCAM will look to continually improve the relationship, the throughputs and the longevity of each customer in all aspects of the customer serivce that we provide. They will manage escalated customer queries & complaints to effective resolution - ensuring a response is provided to customers in a timely manner, and utilising where applicable the Office Customer Account Managers (OCAMs) or Customer Retention Manager. Additionally, the FCAM will support new product launches and changes across the market.

The FCAM will deliver the Local targets for machines in contract including accurate forecasting to help deliver the target. They will assist with the Losses Taskforce across all channels, prioritising these issues for quick resolution and drive the throughput of each machine through menu optimisation, drinks upselling and utilisation of the Customer Service Technician's (CSTs). Additionally, they will ensure all customer information is kept up to date and notes of all conversations are recorded.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Knowledge/Experience
    • Experience within a B2B account management role.
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
    • Good analytical skills.
    • Strong planning & organisational skills.
    • Ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external customers.
    • Problem solving ability.
    • Full Driving License.
