Job Description

The role of Customer Communications Manager will include the following responsibilities:

Develop communications so that the company's values are communicated with clarity and vision, immersing people in the brand's experience

Find innovative ways to engage customers and improve experience through a unique and fresh style of writing

Help to develop a strategy that maximises existing customer engagement and their journey

Develop segmented communications plans, so that each product line has a specialized messaging

Measure effectiveness of comms using appropriate channels

Have a strong creative impact and be looking to break away from the norm

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Be from a financial services marketing/communications background

Be degree educated - to a 2:1 standard

Have a strong understanding of customer touch points and brand messaging/experience

Able to think outside the box

Possess a strong commercial mindset and undertsand how to measure impact

Have an obsession with constantly customer service and making complex information simple
