Recruiting a Customer Service Demand Planning Manager for a Global Food Business in the Warrington area.

Job Description

The role of Customer Service Demand Planning Manager will oversee the following:

  • Supporting the Commercial Team with the production of the overall forecast
  • Responsible for the organisation, chairing and structure of monthly Forecast Meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams to help resolve short term plan inconsistencies and changing priorities.
  • Production of weekly Operational Forecast
  • Prepares, and is accountable for, all Grocery Demand Planning at Monthly Demand Review Meeting, ensuring a full understanding on any movements in demand and root cause
  • Responsible for the receipt of all Customer Orders
  • Build on and improve existing relationships and ways of working with Third Party Logistic providers

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, the candidate will have the following background:

  • A solid understanding of Demand Planning Process & Control, in a Formal S&OP Process.
  • Experienced user of Demand Planning Software
  • Proven analytical and numerical skills.
  • Superb Communication Skill
  • Experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
  • Successful man management - essential
  • Must have tenacity, confidence, enthusiasm and energy, with a 'can do' attitude - this is essential
