Job Description

Within the defined category, the individual will be responsible for

  1. Supporting within the Customer Marketing in ensuring Trade Bundles, Base and New Products news developed by the Platform are appropriately and timely executed consistent with agreed parameters with the Cluster.
  2. Supporting the local sales team in presenting launch plans to major customers and securing customer alignment on activation plans
  3. Supporting UK team in preparing the annual business plans for key strategic partners
  4. Working with category management and sales to ensure all distribution and display initiatives are timely and properly executed for the defined category.
  5. Ensuring excellence in sales execution at POS
  6. Development of the promotional guidelines, equity deployment and monitoring.
  7. Supporting the execution of pricing plans
  8. Tracking distribution performance, competitive activities and inventory (with PS) management.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be:

  1. Degree level education or equivalent
  2. Some brand marketing experience in an FMCG environment
  3. Fluent in English, both written and oral
  4. Fully Mobile and a willingness to travel
  5. Good Presentation Skills
  6. Ability to manage for results with high degree of initiative and speed
  7. Self-starter and Acts with integrity and speed
  8. Organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  9. Solid analytical skills with some experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen, Kantar) and an ability to make decisions
  10. Strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships at all levels and across function
  11. Strategic thinking and drive
  12. Proficient Microsoft Office
