About Our Client
My Client are a FTSE 250 company. They pride themselves on being committed to creating and delivering value for their customers and stakeholders whilst making a positive contribution to the development of employees and the environment.
Having recently been taken over by a global manufacturer they are looking to expand on a national level.
The role of the Customer Relationship Manager will be to;
- Maintain effective relationships with each company department to ensure the best level of communication, service and response for the customer at all times.
To work closely with operations team to ensure the co-ordination of projects, customer delivery and customer satisfaction are achieved.
Maintain relationship with new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals. Take ownership of the customer and their issues.
Maintain knowledge of products and services and industry developments.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Customer Relationship Manager position will demonstrate the following;
The ability to maintain and develop relationships with numerous customers.
Proactively manage clients, promoting the company's service and seeking sustainable solutions.
To delegate issues where required and still maintain a level of customer care.
Demonstrate an understanding of customer issues and resolve.
To create sales value propositions and opportunities with existing business.
Offer full product portfolio to customers.
Define product offering in line with customer expectations/market demands and policy.
