About Our Client

My client is a well recognised international premium spirits company.

Job Description

This Customer Service Co-ordinator role will focus on working with Glasgow branch team and other departments across the UK and Europe.

The role Will have the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Client order Progressing e.g. Export Documentation, provide real time updates on order, etc...
  • Act as key point of contact for international client base
  • Working on Customer quotes
  • Providing and excellent level of customer service
  • Work with client forecasts and order trends
  • Collate market information and process market updates

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following demonstrable skills:

  • Customer service /Sales support / Administration experience is desired
  • Knowledge of export documentation is desired but not essential
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Understating of working with business systems e.g. SAP, Microsoft, etc...
  • Strong telephone skills and manner

What's on Offer

Basic salary is between £22,000 - £24,000 + Company Bonus + Company Benefits
