About Our Client

The client are an industry leading and rapidly growing FMCG business based in the Kent area.

Job Description

The main focus of the Customer Service Managers position is to successfully lead a team to deliver excellent service and engagement with the customer. The team are responsible for resolving any queries/issues in a timely manner, accurately inputting contracts/data using SAP and ensuring all orders are processed in time to meet deadlines.

The Customer Service Manager will develop supplier relationships, communicate any constraints and ultimately drive best practise in order to enhance performance of the overall Supply Chain.

The Successful Applicant

You must have a proven track record of managing a successful Customer Service team within the FMCG space. As Customer Service Manager you will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. It is essential that you have the capability to work to tight deadlines and lead by example in being very well organised.

£35000 - £40000 plus package.
