Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager you will:

  • You will review the process from order entry through to customer delivery
  • Introduce robust processes to ensure the initial product specification is fit for purpose, avoiding delays to customer, additional revenue generation opportunities, and efficient processing (resource management)
  • Work with the distribution chain, and 3rd party installers mitigating losses throughout the installation projects
  • Review IT / systems infrastructure to ensure they are reducing transactional active
  • Work with entire supply chain to reduce overhead costs where possible
  • Develop focused project teams to enable the deliver of large, long term projects

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be :

  • Already be a proven Customer Service Manager within a manufacturer
  • Demonstrate deliver within a sector that supplier directly into the construction environment
  • Have the ability to progress into a more senior role
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach to all aspects of the role
