About Our Client
Our client are a well-established and leading service provider to several industry sectors.
As Customer Services Manager you will have to effectively manage the staff and functions of the Customer Service Department to ensure accounts are retained and sales targets are achieved.
To support staff in ensuring any issues with clients are resolved to maintain and develop the customer base.
You will be responsible for the team achieving its objectives in line with the wider objectives of the company.
In the role you will be required to visit and liaise with customers to ensure the company are meeting the expectations of their client base in the Bristol and surrounding area.
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrable track record of managing a team in a customer service or sales environment.
Strong leadership skills.
Adaptable in your approach to managing a team.
Proven track record of success within a services environment.
