Our client is a Software-as-a-Service, cross-channel marketing analytics platform enables marketers and agencies to finally understand the marketing efforts that are working and which aren't. They let marketers see the effect of each individual channel and the collective impact of all marketing activities across channels, enabling marketing optimization based on cross-channel efficiencies uncovered working with the company's solution. The company is funded by Cedar Fund, Marker LLC. and Eric Schmidt's Innovation Endeavors. Datorama has offices in New York, Miami, London, Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam, Tel Aviv, Cape Town, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore and Japan.

Job Description

      • Set up your clients on Datorama's platform, insure deliverables match client's requirements
      • Grow clients' usage of the platform
      • Develop and maintain client relationships with allocated accounts supported by team lead
      • Support clients on a day to day basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions
      • Co-ordinate and deliver client deliverables
      • Be the day-to-day point of contact for your client on allocated accounts
      • Be pro-active in presenting innovative and creative analyst relations plans and ideas for your clients
      • Identify relevant analysts for particular activities and manage the briefing process

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-4 years experience in Adops or digital analytics, preferably in top tier media agency or Adtech vendor
      • Previous commercial experience, preferably in the technology sector
      • A basic understanding of databases and data mapping
      • Strong technical and problem solving skills
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Time management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize own workload
      • Project management skills
      • Deep understanding of the online advertising industry / eco-system
      • Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
      • Natural ability for consultative and solution-based selling
      • Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers, agencies and internal teams
      • B.S. or B.A. degree
