Job Description

The role:

  • Responsible for assembling and validating data for IBP Supply review
  • Manage & update forecast report, EPOS & stock on hand data for some customers in order to provide communication that facilitates demand review meetings
  • Update main forecast deck & validate information to support demand review meetings
  • Collaborate with fulfilment team, sales, marketing, commercial finance when needed to support demand analysis & decision making
  • Supporting demand planning team to deliver an accurate & timely published schedule to fulfilment module
  • Running monthly reports of production schedule & containers forecast
  • Running ad hoc analysis & report to support supply & demand planning team
  • Challenge, influence and validate monthly sales forecasts with Business Unit Managers and Sector Controllers.
  • Coordinate and manage Demand changes from key areas

The Successful Applicant

The candidate:

  • Strong analytical skills and highly numerate.
  • Preferably some experience in supply chain planning within an FMCG environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good organisational & communication skills
  • Ability to manage complexity in a time pressured environment.
  • Fast learner & ability to adapt to various systems
