Job Description

The Demand Centre Lead role will be responsible for the below duties:

  • Responsible for creating and executing the global and regional communications plan that achieves awareness, engagement and company wide targets
  • Responsible for developing an inbound and outbound demand generation plan that engages new and existing contacts & nurtures interest
  • Accountable for the optimisation of the communications and media mix, by country and region
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a best-in-class marketing execution infrastructure including marketing automation, contact database, digital and social media channels, reference customer library, shared services and approved agency roster
  • Define and deliver effective communication plans across the regions as required.

The Successful Applicant

The Demand Centre Lead role will look for the below skills:

  • A proven track record in B2B Marketing (Ideally from a Software or Telecommunications background though other backgrounds are welcomed)
  • An excellent background in the creation and execution of global communications strategy
  • Experience of localising and defining Demand Generation campaigns across a variety of regions
  • A proven track record in PR/AR campaigns
  • Any experience of taking campaigns out via digital channels is beneficial
  • Ideally, based a commutable distance from Newbury

What's on Offer

A basic salary of between £65,000 to £85,000 plus Benefits and Bonuses (depending on experience)
