Job Description

Competencies to be assessed :

  • Client Management - Ability to grow an account from a profit making perspective, ensuring that each client is managed efficiently with a commercial vision including from an upselling and cross selling perspective
  • Team working- working and communicating closely with the GI Account team and Analytical team to produce commercial proposals that enhance each client's brand using a range of analytical and digital segmentation techniques
  • Champion Analytics - Ability to demonstrate clear conversion strategy and increase traffic/ lead generation.
  • Communication - Ability & evidence of communicating with senior stakeholders making sure that decisions are made and actions are implemented within budget and on time.

The Successful Applicant

Prerequisites & Experience:

  • Commercial awareness and proven client development capabilities
  • Customer Marketing Campaign experience
  • Solid data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Solid experience in an Account development role
  • 4-5+ years' experience in a Customer Marketing or Analytics environment (client or service side)
  • Knowledge of database marketing principles such as Basket Analysis, Decision Tree's, Regression Analysis and Clustering (preferred but not essential)
