The role and its key responsibilities are as follows:

● Working directly with customers to research and create effective digital strategies which produce a

successful return on investment.

● Regular reporting and communication of performance across client websites - this communication

should be written, verbal and in person where appropriate.

● Maintaining high levels of customer retention by building and developing excellent relationships with

clients.

● Analysing customer websites, analytics and business requirements to identify and develop

opportunities to increase revenue.

The Successful Applicant

Person Specification:

Successful Digital Account Managers at will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience to a high

level at interview:

● Neat, tidy personal presentation & excellent communication skills

● Customer service and customer facing skills & experience

● Knowledge of Google Analytics and other relevant industry tools and softwares

● Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how to drive successful return on investment

through marketing campaigns

● Organic Search Experience

● Social Media Experience

● Paid Search Experience

● Other Digital Marketing Knowledge / Experience

● Cultural fit with Creare as an organisation
