Job Description

Your role will be responsible for:

Managing projects: timelines, internal collaboration, working with suppliers, managing budgets, etc.

Working directly with clients: pitching, quoting, presenting, negotiating, daily communication, etc.

Reporting on campaign results to clients, including using Google Analytics and other measurement tools

Drive work through the agency from creating a brief, to client approval, to execution, to complete roll-out

Collaborating with internal teams: design studio, development, social media, PR, operations.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' agency experience

Able to establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their market landscape

A proven ability to identify new opportunities to grow our business with clients

Strong understanding of the digital space, including digital advertising, SEO, development (WordPress and PHP). Comprehensive knowledge of 'digital design & development' and 'digital marketing' knowledge of Ecommerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify would be favorable
