Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our expanding team, to take responsibility for analysing social and digital performance and providing insight for clients. The right candidate will be excited by how people consume content on social and digital media and be keen to help our editorial team to understand what is working to engage our audiences.

The Digital Account Manager will lead the analysis and review performance across a wide range of social and digital channels and will provide interpretation of results and recommendations to enable the development of future plans and products. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you will support the development of client relationships.

The Successful Applicant

* Knowledge of new media and technologies

You'll be adaptable and quick to learn, we work in a fast-paced, constantly-changing


* Performance Reporting:

You'll be an analyst, with a keen eye for detail and the skills to translate results into clear

commentary via written and verbal presentations.

* Knowledge of Digital Analytical Tools:

Experience of Google Analytics and ideally of social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter,

Social Bakers etc. is desirable.

* Client Partnership:

You'll be able to relate and engage with a wide variety of people.

* Ability to Prioritise:

You will be used to multiple projects and delivering to deadlines.

* Idea generation:

You'll be used to creating solutions and opportunities for clients to grow their products and


* Enthusiasm, humour and raw talent:

All essential to become a key part of our team and quickly learn the ropes.
