My client is a well established retail business growing both online and across their retail network.

Job Description

The Digital Analyst role sits within the Online Marketing team and is principally responsible for managing the affiliate and PPC campaigns and assisting with the execution of online marketing strategy in the UK (including paid search, social, display, retargeting, store, banner advertising and SEO). The role will encompass:

  • Own all aspects of reporting for the marketing team, using Google Analytics, SQL and other data sources to not only report on performance, but to tell the story behind the data
  • To provide accurate trading reports on a weekly and ad hoc basis to the business
  • Assist and monitor in the analysis of KPI's across PPC, SEO, email and web in order to promote customer focused decision making to the senior team
  • Monitor the overall online marketing cost of sale and produce monthly spend reports by channel
  • Own and manage the A/B testing programme, running tests regularly and monitoring their effectiveness

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this Digital Analyst role based in Peterborough will possess the following skills/expertise:

  • Advanced excel and Google Analytics experience
  • Working experience of Google AdWords, Connexity Hitwise
  • Considerable experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Good communicator and team player
