Job Description

As the Digital Analytics Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Search agency centrally and be a key point of contact internally on all group-wide projects
  • Support further development of business-wide reporting, research new tools, further automation and secure adoption through the business
  • Lead the roll out of new international automated reporting infrastructure and support on all the UK requirements
  • Lead data quality projects including managing Data agency, overseeing GAP and GTM setup and maintenance process, GAP and DoubleClick tagging and tagging guidelines
  • Support the teams in developing the right KPIs for campaigns, channel and product category performance analysis
  • Provide relevant training for key stakeholders, be the go to point for knowledge regarding web analytics and performance measurement
  • Support DoubleClick acceleration project by maximising functionality and leading agencies collaboration
  • Support development of attribution pilot, analyse performance and make recommendations for a wider group solution
  • Lead and deliver group-wide e-commerce optimisation project
  • Work closely with the global digital team on new initiatives and data projects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with external digital agencies and partners
  • Influence and manage key stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of analytics experience in digital and/or e-commerce where you can demonstrate evidence of delivering rapid growth and success, you should be confident demonstrating all of the following:

  • You must be available to start the position on 31st October
  • Influential and personable leader that can drive business change through analytics and insights
  • Strong capability to apply marketing analytics, customer insight and marketing data to business and marketing strategies
  • Analysis experience across all digital channels in relation to user behaviour, site performance and ideally magnetisation
  • Genuine passion for "extracting signal from noise" leveraging advanced online and digital analytics.
  • Strong communication skills to help grow the business capability in analytics and data
  • Ability to inform, explain, advise and consult with internal teams on practical development and application of activity based on customer data
  • Excellent attention to the detail, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organisational and IT skills, together with the ability to prioritise and adapt within a changing environment
  • Good knowledge of Search (PPC+SEO)
  • Hands on Web Analytics experience (Google Analytics)
  • Good Knowledge of tagging process
  • Good understanding of Social Media analytics including Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, YT Analytics
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualisation solution
  • E-commerce analytics experience
  • Google DoubleClick knowledge would be an advantage
